Aceptación

Al descargar o usar RingDash en iPhone, o al visitar ringdash.space (el “Servicio”), aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el Servicio.

El juego

RingDash es un arcade de supervivencia en pixel art, solo para iPhone. Te mueves en un anillo, haces dash, recolectas monedas y desbloqueas personajes, mapas y aros. El progreso se guarda en el aparato y, si iCloud está activo, Apple puede sincronizarlo entre tus iPhone.

Este sitio web ofrece información del producto, documentos legales y soporte.

Disponibilidad

La app está pensada para el App Store de Apple en iPhone. Podemos actualizar o retirar funciones. El Servicio se ofrece “tal cual”, para uso personal y no comercial.

Cuentas

RingDash no requiere registro ni cuenta nuestra. Game Center es opcional y lo opera Apple. Eres responsable de tu iPhone y del Apple ID que uses para compras.

Compras dentro de la app

Los cargos los hace Apple a través de tu Apple ID. Los precios los muestra la App Store en tu región.

• Quitar anuncios es no consumible: quita banners e intersticiales. Se restaura en Info → Restaurar.
• +1000 monedas es consumible: suma monedas al banco. Si haces reset en Info, no se restauran. Solo “Quitar anuncios” se restaura.

Las monedas, skins y desbloqueos son contenido virtual sin valor fuera de RingDash. No son reembolsables por dinero, salvo lo que exija la ley o la política de reembolsos de Apple.

Uso aceptable

Aceptas no:

• usar el Servicio de forma ilegal
• copiar, modificar, descompilar o extraer assets, salvo donde la ley lo permita
• interferir con el funcionamiento de la app o falsear puntuaciones
• abusar de compras o del soporte

Propiedad intelectual

El nombre RingDash, el arte, el código y la marca nos pertenecen. Estos términos no te dan derecho a usarlos fuera de jugar la app licenciada por Apple.

App Store

Si descargaste RingDash de Apple, la app se licencia, no se vende. Apple no es parte de estos términos ni responsable del mantenimiento del juego, y puede ser tercero beneficiario de esta licencia respecto a tus obligaciones con Apple.

Descargo y responsabilidad

No garantizamos que el juego esté libre de errores ni que el guardado (local o iCloud) nunca se pierda. Un reset en Info borra progreso a propósito. En la medida que permita la ley, no respondemos por daños indirectos ni por pérdida de puntuaciones, monedas o tiempo de juego. Algunas regiones no permiten limitar estas responsabilidades.

Cambios

Podemos actualizar el juego y estos términos. La fecha al inicio de esta página indica la última revisión. La versión vigente es siempre ringdash.space/terms.

Acceptance

By downloading or using RingDash on iPhone, or by visiting ringdash.space (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The game

RingDash is a pixel survival arcade for iPhone only. You move in a ring, dash, collect coins, and unlock characters, maps, and rings. Progress stays on the device and, if iCloud is on, Apple may sync it across your iPhones.

This website provides product information, legal pages, and support.

Availability

The app is intended for the Apple App Store on iPhone. We may update or withdraw features. The Service is provided “as is” for personal, non-commercial use.

Accounts

RingDash does not require a sign-up or an account with us. Game Center is optional and run by Apple. You are responsible for your iPhone and the Apple ID you use for purchases.

In-app purchases

Apple charges your Apple ID. Prices come from the App Store in your region.

• Remove ads is non-consumable: it removes banners and interstitials. Restore it from Info → Restore.
• +1000 coins is consumable: it adds coins to your bank. If you reset in Info, they do not restore. Only Remove-ads restores.

Coins, skins, and unlocks are virtual content with no value outside RingDash. They are not redeemable for cash except where law or Apple’s refund policy requires it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully
• copy, modify, reverse engineer, or pull assets, except where the law allows
• interfere with the app or fake scores
• abuse purchases or support

Intellectual property

The RingDash name, art, code, and brand belong to us. These terms do not give you the right to use them outside playing the app licensed by Apple.

App Store

If you downloaded RingDash from Apple, the app is licensed, not sold. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for maintaining the game, and may be a third-party beneficiary of this license as to your obligations to Apple.

Disclaimer and liability

We do not warrant that the game will be error-free or that saves (local or iCloud) will never be lost. An Info reset wipes progress on purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for lost scores, coins, or play time. Some regions do not allow these limits.

Changes

We may update the game and these terms. The date at the top of this page is the last revision. The current version is always ringdash.space/terms.
